After losing his brother, a USMC Infantry officer, to suicide in December 2022, Bill established UNTURNING STEEL, a program that brings veterans and manufacturing together. UNTURNING STEEL provides veterans with training, mentoring, and employment opportunities in the manufacturing sector, while also fostering a culture of camaraderie, resilience, and purpose.
