Field Support Engineer, Solutions Validation
As a Field Support Engineer at Invisible AI, you will be responsible for providing onsite support services for the installation and implementation of our cameras in manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for project planning, coordinating travel schedules for multiple customers, identifying needs, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to maintenance crews, contractors, and project support personnel throughout the deployment process. Maintaining open lines of communication internally and with our customers will be crucial for success in this role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Curator Intern/Extern to join our team. In this role, you will manage data hygiene for our AI database and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and readily available to support business initiatives. You will also oversee program and contract management for FTI’s project team, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives within the Surface Ship Sustainment and Ship Control System Program.

Systems Admin/IT Support
In this position, the candidate will leverage progressive experience in the design, delivery, and support of enterprise IT systems, networks, and environments. The ideal individual will possess expertise in at least one of the following areas: Azure MFA, Azure Zero Trust, Azure Identity Provider, Splunk, Palo Alto, Kubernetes, or Fortinet. A strong self-motivated and directed work ethic is essential, along with familiarity with DoD Government Cyber Security Risk Management principles, standards, and compliance as a plus. Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 technologies such as Windows Hello for Business, Intune, Security Center, and Defender for Endpoints is also desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, upgrading, configuring, and deploying IT applications in both on-prem and cloud-hosted hybrid environments.

IT Project Coordinator
Seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to add to their nation wide team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with multiple projects that will be centered around communication system install/upgrades, wireless network role-outs, install/upgrades. The ability to handle multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, coordinate different teams/individuals, document, and be the face for the customer will be critical for success in this role.
