Opportunity Description
Spring Free EV is actively seeking an entry-level Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be answering incoming customer inquiries, solve customer service issues, and ensure our customers’ voices are heard.
Role Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries in our online community, online chat, and emails.
Resolve customer concerns by identifying problems, resolving criticisms, and offering solutions.
Escalate customer service issues to the relevant department or management as needed.
Document customer feedback, requests, and complaints to track trends.
Stay up to date on the features and benefits of Spring Free EV products and services.
Skills & Experience
Desired:
Experience navigating customer service software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for offering exceptional customer service.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Nice-to-have:
Previous experience working in a customer service type role.
A familiarity with the electric vehicle industry.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Bilingualism in Spanish or another language
