Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This role will focus on managing data hygiene for our CRM (customer relationship management ) tool to ensure our Sales team has access to accurate, relevant, and structured data. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to pull and organize content that enhances our sales operations and strategy.
Responsibilities:
● Data Hygiene & Management: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization of sales-related data in our CRM (customer relationship management).
● Content Sourcing for Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to source content and insights relevant to sales operations and goals.
● Database Optimization: Assist in structuring and organizing data to improve efficiency and support our Sales team’s objectives.
● Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to sales data analysis and reporting, identifying trends or insights that support strategy.
● Cross-Functional Communication: Liaise with other departments to gather content and understand its implications for sales.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Data Management, or a related field.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Effective communicator with an interest in cross-functional teamwork.
● Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven insights for sales.
