Key Respondsibilities: 

• Proven experience (4-6 years) in creating and implementing effective learning plans, instructional materials, and training content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia).

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online content delivery methods.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze learning needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance employee skill development.

• Project planning/coordination experience a definite plus here.
