Opportunity Description
Position
Responsible individual for submitting, monitoring and completing all claims for vehicles at the designated office location. They have the duty to ensure all claims are handled in a timely fashion and managed efficiently. Furthermore, they are responsible for ensuring all vehicles that are at the designated office are on the company’s fleet insurance policy.
Skills Required
● Moderate Excel literacy
● Moderate Asana or Teamwork Literacy
● Light Understanding of Auto Insurance
Primary Responsibilities
Claims Handling: The management of all claims within the designated location. Claims
Handling is made up of the following subcategories:
a. Claim submission: All claims are submitted on time and are placed in the tracker
b. Claim Tracking: All claims are tracked and follow ups with the proper parties are being completed.
c. Reimbursement Management: All reimbursements are tracked and are funneled into the right accounts
Insurance Management: Ensuring all vehicles are covered under our Fleet Insurance or another type of insurance if the vehicles do not qualify.
a. Point of Contact: Will be the point of contact for all vehicle partners and franchisee’s for insurance related issues and questions.
b. Onboarding: Will ensure all new vehicles are placed on the Fleet Insurance during the onboarding process.
Qualifications
● Required: Valid Driver's License
● Required: Up to date Auto Insurance
● Degree NOT Required
