Opportunity Description

Position

Responsible individual for all employee administrative tasks. They are the first point of contact for all payroll, policy, and general employee issues.


Skills required


  • Moderate Excel Literacy

  • Moderate Asana or Teamwork Literacy

  • Gusto Literacy

  • Understanding of budgeting and time management

  • Understanding of both State and Federal Labor Laws

Primary Responsibilities
  • Employee Problem Resolution: The first point of contact for all employees and the resident expert on all Employee needs.

  • a. Onboarding: Ensure the employee is processed and trained properly (will work in tandem with the Operations and Logistics Managers). Furthermore, they will ensure the proper paperwork has been filled out and filed.

  • b. Payroll: Responsible for all employee pay and will make sure all employees are paid the correct amount on time.

  • c. Offboarding: Ensure all terminations are processed correctly.

  • d. Documentation: Responsible for documenting all positive and negative actions done by employees as well documenting any incidents that occur within the company that involves an employee.


Qualifications


● Required: Valid Driver's License

● Required: Up to date Auto Insurance

● Degree NOT Required

● Operating a Motor Vehicle
