Opportunity Description
Position
Responsible individual for all aspects pertaining to customer relations and Problem resolution. They are to monitor all communications employees and are to ensure customer satisfaction. Furthermore, they are to assist in Turo Account management by identifying issues and reporting on improvements based on customer interaction.
Skills required
● Moderate Excel Literacy
● Moderate Asana or Teamwork Literacy
● Turo Account Literacy (Can be trained at location)
Primary Responsibilities
Communications Supervision: Work directly with communications team and ensure quality customer service is provided.
a. Supervision: Audit interactions between Virtual Assistance and Renters and identify what is working and what is not.
b. Monitor Workload: Ensure the employees within the team are not being overloaded as the company scales.
Customer Care: Ensure the issues with the renter are dealt with respectfully and quickly
Turo Account Management Assistance: Identify issues with the Turo account that have an effect on the Renter and workshop solutions.
Qualifications
● Required: Valid Driver's License
● Required: Up to date Auto Insurance
● Degree NOT Required
● Fluency in Tagalog (this is a plus but by no means required)
Physical demands
● Operating a Motor Vehicle
