Description

Responsible individual to take charge of monitoring, tracking, and responding to all vehicle partner account related issues. As the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for every account, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential for success in this role.


Duties and Responsibilities


Responsible individual for monitoring, tracking, and responding to all vehicle partner account related issues. They will be the first point of contact and the subject matter expert for every account.


Skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer

Preferred
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and monitor their progress against key performance indicators.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications
  • Required: Valid Driver's License

  • Required: Up to date Auto Insurance

  • Degree NOT Required

  • Operating a Motor Vehicle
