In 2010, a vision of a consulting company centered around deploying and managing on-site Microsoft Messaging and Communication Platforms came to be known as Efficient Consulting Firm, now ECF Data. Due to the direction of the IT industry around cloud enablement, ECF pivoted from a consulting company focused on premise solutions around Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business to a cloud enablement solution provider around the Microsoft Cloud Platforms. Summary

The Project Manager will provide project management services for several IT projects around Microsoft 365 Platform Services particularly Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive. In addition, business applications like Dynamics 365, infrastructure projects in Azure and professional service engagements. Resource should have excellent written and oral communication skills. 

The right candidate will have strong skill set and experience in project finance, budgeting and reporting. The candidate should have experience with Change Management process and implementation and End User Adoption. 

The successful candidate will be able to execute on a project plan on time and on budget, identify and report on issues that may arise in the project and resolve issues and conflicts. Must be able to talk across all organizational levels (Stakeholders, Champions, Technical, PM's and Executives). 

Experience with/and Knowledge Of 

• Experience conducting pilots that includes business users, champions, and IT professionals.

• Experience with launch and managing adoption campaign. 

• Experience creating and implementing project plans. 

• Experience measuring and reporting on the success of a project. 

• Experience bringing teams together 

Job Duties (including but not limited to)

• Create and execute projects and plans 

• Develop and maintain project budgets 

• Develop project reports 

• Create user manuals, tips for clients, and other tools to assist clients in using our software 

• Work with clients and internal employees to coordinate the various tasks for a given project 

• Able to effectively and accurately delegate responsibilities

• Maintain excellent client relationships and communications at all times 

• Includes working with various departments to implement Microsoft Applications 

• Development and execution of change management strategy 

• Perform various activities as it relates to the Change Management process. 

• Assist Project Manager, Business and System Owners with the Change Management process. 

• Work with vendors and internal staff as it relates to the Change Management process.
