In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the preparation, deployment, and configuration of desktop hardware and software for the organization and our clients. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless technology transitions, supporting end-users, and maintaining system efficiency in a Microsoft-focused environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading voice networks—including T1, VOIP, SIP trunking, and POTS—while supporting the associated infrastructure such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management tools. You will monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure high-quality voice and data transmission, and apply your expertise in configuring, testing, and resolving issues across end-to-end voice circuits and equipment. Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-mission communication checks and verifying voice instrument configurations. You will also contribute to the design, planning, procurement, and implementation of new technical solutions, and create clear, user-friendly technical documentation such as manuals, help guides, and tutorials.

With expertise in risk management, compliance reporting, and Microsoft Purview, they work cross-functionally to identify vulnerabilities, enforce security controls, and enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
