Desktop Deployment Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Desktop Deployment Specialist. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the preparation, deployment, and configuration of desktop hardware and software for the organization and our clients. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless technology transitions, supporting end-users, and maintaining system efficiency in a Microsoft-focused environment.

Telecom Network Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading voice networks—including T1, VOIP, SIP trunking, and POTS—while supporting the associated infrastructure such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management tools. You will monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity to ensure high-quality voice and data transmission, and apply your expertise in configuring, testing, and resolving issues across end-to-end voice circuits and equipment. Additional responsibilities include conducting pre-mission communication checks and verifying voice instrument configurations. You will also contribute to the design, planning, procurement, and implementation of new technical solutions, and create clear, user-friendly technical documentation such as manuals, help guides, and tutorials.

Accounting Intern

As an Accounting Intern, you will work closely with the Controller/Head of Accounting to contribute to the financial stability of the company. You will be involved in various financial activities, assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

SOC Analyst

The Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats using tools such as SIEM, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and IDS/IPS systems. This position requires strong professional communication, an investigative mindset, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include continuously monitoring security alerts, conducting initial triage to assess threat severity, investigating suspicious activities, and managing phishing investigations. The SOC Analyst will identify and escalate security incidents to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams, provide basic threat intelligence by identifying event patterns, and document findings for senior analysts. Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), the role also involves collaborating with clients to address security concerns and supporting the managed security service provider’s (MSSP) evolving needs. Flexibility, quick thinking, and effective communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

A Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist ensures organizational adherence to the CMMC framework by conducting assessments, developing security policies, and implementing data governance strategies. With expertise in risk management, compliance reporting, and Microsoft Purview, they work cross-functionally to identify vulnerabilities, enforce security controls, and enhance overall cybersecurity posture. Their role involves policy creation, stakeholder collaboration, and staying ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats. Strong analytical skills, industry certifications, and experience with frameworks like NIST 800-171 make them vital in maintaining regulatory compliance and safeguarding sensitive data.

Structured Cabling Technician

As a Structured Cabling Technician you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure in a low voltage environment. The ideal candidate will be able to meet the physical demands of the worksite as well as provide excellent customer service.
